Tier 2
Collaborative Program Design
Guiding the assessment and goal writing process from start to finish for 3 learners of the program site’s choosing.
Includes:
- Initially, interactive training is provided either virtually or in-person (depending on location)
- Assessment through the MGG
- Drafting of goals
- Scoring and modifying goals using the 20 Questions tool
- Long-term planning
- Consultees will implement the processes with feedback and guidance provided by the consultant
Tier 3
Consultative Support
1 month of consultative support will be provided (i.e., four 1-hour Zoom meeting per week), formats may include:
- group meetings with multiple team members responsible for goal writing (BCBAs and/or teachers)
- 1:1 meetings with heads of program
- combination of both
Optional Add-ons*
1:1 coaching for individual goal writers provides in-the-moment answers to quick questions on a 1:1 basis through Voxer platform
