Consultant will provide a baseline evaluation using a meaningful program checklist form, which provides a score across a number of areas, such as:
- systems analysis
- goal development procedures
- meaningful quality of developed goals
- structural integrity of goals

Consultant will provide structured program-wide recommendations, across any of the HOPE continuing education or consultation services offered, for example:
- Treatment Plan/IEP evaluation(s)
- Transition Assessment(s)
- Interactive training is provided either virtually or in person, on a number of HOPE foundational principles and applied tools
etc
